Optic Fibre Christmas Trees

Trying out the christmas tree early to see if there are any problems…and indeed there are. The bottom portion of the prelit tree is not working in some spots. Some areas are lit, and some others are not. The bulbs that are not working appear to have a black tint, almost a "burnt" look.

Any suggestions other than replacing 50-100 different bulbs.

I recently bought a nice artificial Christmas tree that is between 6′ and 6’4" tall. I also have 2 young cats that will do anything to get up in the tree and climb it. Only problem is that every time they do they knock over the tree. I got a new stand for the tree but it was for live trees and was cheaply made (it didn’t work). Is there a stand for artificial trees that can withstand my cats?

A fiber optic tree has a special base so the light can go through the cables. It is hard to find another base. I bought it at walmart

I have a 3 month old Daschund puppy. And I just realized that he chewed through the power cord to my pre-lit Christmas Tree. It wasnt plugged in, the dog is fine but the tree cord is completely bitten all the way through. And chewed on. Is this fixable? Its a brand new tree. Can i strip off the casing and reconnect the wires somehow? Use electrical tape? Anything? Would that be safe?

Mine isn’t working and I don’t have the money to buy a new tree!

The most I have been able to find is 150 fiber optic tips for a 3′ tree.

I’m looking for a mini artificial Christmas tree. One that is between 1′ to 2′ in height and 1′ in diameter at the bottom. They are electrically powered white artificial trees. The "leaves" are white needles but they glow in beautiful colors especially at the tips. Where can I find one and what are they called officially? Thanks!

i check all over and can’t find one we have no tree, the house is to small for a floor one, si i need a 3 ft. tabletop one and decorations.

a string of lights has burned out on my prelit artificial tree. Is there any way to check them that is not as hard as changing each bulb?

I have a white tree that is several years old, and now needs to be cleaned. It’s only 3 foot tall, I was thinking about some Mr Clean and hot water in the bathtub. Any other ideas?

I’ve got a fiber optic christmas tree and the lights have gone out.The base which the tree stands in is still humming so the fuse hasn’t gone.I would really appreciate any advice or help as i don’t want to buy a new one.Thanks in advance

I bought a 7-foot prelit Christmas tree – Martha Stewart from Kmart last year. My daughter assembled it in 10 minutes and it was beautiful all season! We took it out of the box and tried to assemble it yesterday and the branches won’t stand up. It seems as if they need to hook or click into something but we can’t figure out what. Of course, there were no instructions, only a simple diagram on the box. Does anyone else have one of these trees and know what to do with it?
